Related Products (Cross-Sells and Up-Sells)

Adding a cross-sell, up-sell and related products are available whether you’re working on a Physical Product, Online Lesson or Courses.

Click the Related tab on either of the three contents you’re working on.
Click Add Cross Sells
Select the product you want to add to the cross-sell list and click Create Cross Sell.
To add an Upsell, follow the same instruction in adding a cross-sell but click the tick box for Upsell Only below the list of products.

Difference Between Up-sell and Cross-Sell

A product marked as a cross-sell item for a certain product will be seen on the page of that product as a related product, likewise, if the client is on the page of the cross-sell item, the product will be seen as a related product.

A product marked as an upsell item for a certain product will be seen on the page of that product as a related product, however, if the client is on the page of the upsell item, the product will not be seen as a related product.
