What should I include on my Contact page?

You've probably experienced visiting a website where there was little or no contact information. How did that make you feel?

Providing sufficient contact information builds trust.

We suggest adding as many ways to contact you as possible, including:

Email(s)
Phone Number(s)
Physical Address, especially if you're shipping products
Links to Social Media profiles
Links to other sites you own

Contact Form

The question of whether or not to include a contact form has been debated since the early days of the web... and will probably continue to be argued over for decades. As with all good business decisions, we feel the decision should be driven by your customer's needs. If you're not sure what they want, then the decision is yours to make.

If you do want to include a contact form, simply visit the Email tab of your Preferences > Site Settings page:

Add a contact form to the contact page (set to Yes)
Include Phone Number field on contact form (will not be required)
