How do I provide tracking information to my customers?


Here's how it works:

  1. In all cases, you need to have the "Notify Customer?" checked if you want the system to email them (it's checked by default).
  2. If you put in a Tracking Number, that'll be included in the email
  3. If you also select a Delivery Service, the Tracking Number will also be a link directly to a website with tracking info
  4. If you put anything in Note to Customer, that'll be included in the email, as well.
