Here's how it works:
- In all cases, you need to have the "Notify Customer?" checked if you want the system to email them (it's checked by default).
- If you put in a Tracking Number, that'll be included in the email
- If you also select a Delivery Service, the Tracking Number will also be a link directly to a website with tracking info
- If you put anything in Note to Customer, that'll be included in the email, as well.
