NOTE: Be sure to confirm that your email service or CRM allows you to add people who have setup accounts in your shop but not specifically opted-in to your list.
Go to People > Accounts > Export Customers (bottom of the page, below the table)
That'll give you a CSV spreadsheet that you can use lots of places (most services and software can import CSV).
