When you need to edit an order, click the order that you need to edit.
- Customer Account – When the customer did not log in when purchasing, you can select an account here.
- Email – when there is a need to change customer email.
- Phone
- Payment Method
- Shipping Method
- Delivery Service
- Tracking Number
- Weight
- Gift checkbox
- Customer Comments – placed by customer while placing the order
- Admin Notes – you can add your own admin notes which cannot be seen by your customer
- Product – you can add a product, edit or remove the ordered product.
- Status – you can manually update the status
- Note to customer – will show up in their email, and will also show up under Order History.
- Delete Order - if you need to delete the order completely.
